WoW Warrior Guide to WoW Keybindings and WoW Warrior Macros

WoW Warrior Guide – WoW Keybindings – WoW Warrior Macros

How can WoW keybindings and wow warrior macros help you with your PvP Warrior?  Well just think for a second, about how you use the computer. How much faster is it to hit a couple of keys rather than moving your mouse and pointing and clicking?  This speed difference is what makes WoW keybindings and Warrior PvP macros so effective at improving your gameplay.wow warrior guide

Many players already understand that WoW keybindings can help them improve their gameplay, but the world of macro writing and keybinding design is too much to learn.

They might read one World of Warcraft macro guide after another, and yet still not be able to come up with the particular WoW macro castsequence they need.

Instead of reading all of the WoW macro guides on the planet, you could just buy a WoW key binding addon that gives you all of the keybindings and specific WoW Warrior macros that ‘your’ PvP Warrior needs.

WoW Warrior Guide – Introducing Impulse keybindings Addon.

You don’t have to worry about having bad WoW keybindings when you use Impulse.

Just download the latest version Here, select the race, class, and spec, and select your character.

Next time you login your character will automatically have the same WoW Warrior macros and keybindings that professional players use.

PVP Warriors can benefit from WoW Warrior macros.

Manaviews Impulse makes it easy for Warriors to find the WoW keybindings and macro commands that are best for their character.

No more wondering if you have the best spell rotation or if the WoW warrior PVP macros you are using are the most effective ones out there.

Besides the obvious benefits that WoW Warrior macros have in PvE, particularly for boss fights, Warrior PvP macros can help you to improve your player versus player abilities as well.

With the right Warrior PvP macros you can be a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.

And with the WoW keybindings that Impulse provides, you’ll find that you are hitting faster and harder than ever before.

WoW Warrior Guide – Why choose Manaview WoW keybindings addon?

Why choose Impulse and not just some random addon? It’s important to remember that anyone with basic typing skills can make a macro. Addons themselves do not update, so with every patch you have to wait for the designers to update their information.

  1. Impulse automatically senses what level your character is and chooses the appropriate WoW warrior macros to install, including Warrior PvP macros.
  2. Then you just follow the keyboard templates and you will soon be playing faster and better than ever before.
  3. The program is intuitive, working with new patches and recognizing what level your character is and what spells are available.
  4. Plus it is less intrusive than most add-ons – so no worrying about hackers taking over your account or getting banned by Blizzard for illegal gameplay.

Manaview WoW Key Binding Addon for maximum pwnage.

Impulse is the first and only addon available that provides you with all of the WoW keybindings and macro commands that you need for any character.  Approved by Blizzard, totally legal!

The program is automatic – so no need to search for character specific macros anymore, whatever class you play you just get the best, automatically!

WoW Warrior – Arena Tips for Warriors

When it comes to Wow Warrior PvP, the ultimate battle can be found in the arena.

When it comes to finding a Warrior PvP guide, you need one that discusses the ins and outs of arena play.

This means going beyond just the basic Warrior build and finding one that will also focus on Warrior armor, Warrior skills and Warrior weapons.Warrior PvP Guide - PvP Bible

WoW Warrior – The basics

When it comes to playing arena as a PvP warrior, you must learn to communicate with your team.

Unlike the battlegrounds, the arenas are played with the same constant group of players. This allows you to coordinate your efforts before you even enter the arena.

Consider creating macros that allow you to alert your teammates to what you are going to accomplish or what you need (such as a macro telling your healer you need some attention).

You may want to also alert your teammates to the damage taken, an imminent kill, and plans of attack that you will do with your WoW Warrior.

As a PvP Warrior, one of the best tips is that you try to anticipate everything that is going on around you.

You will be expected to take the brunt of the damage, using your Warrior armor and spells to protect yourself.

This means that you have to know where all of your enemies are at any given moment.

As a WoW Warrior it is also just as important to note where your teammates are, so you can come to their aid if necessary.

WoW Warrior – Creating advanced strategies

A PvP Warrior needs to find the balance between doing major damage to their opponent and keeping an eye on everything else that is going on.

If you develop tunnel vision, then all of your Warrior PvP skills will be for naught.

Consider downloading macros and mods that will make it easier for you to keep track of the action.Warrior Pvp guide

The best arena teams know what they are going to do before the fight even starts.

That means discussing your Warrior PvP strategy before you even hit the arena.

You’ll find the top teams will discuss among themselves plans of action as a group or even out of WoW and offline.

WoW Warrior – Teamwork

Of course, the best PvP Warrior is useless in the arena unless he has a solid team.

Since Arms Warriors are the most common choice for PvP, you need to know what other classes make good teammates.

A good Warrior PvP guide will discuss the options

For 2v2 combat you will want a healer to assist you — Resto druids are a common choice.

3v3 you will need to add in some DPS — Unholy Death Knights are a popular option.

5v5 gives you even more options — but besides a healer it is also useful to look for a class that offers crowd control.

Fury Warrior PVP Gear

The Debated Warrior Spec:  Fury PvP

If you spend much time in random chat rooms discussing World of Warcraft, then you may have noticed that Fury PvP is a much debated topics for Warriors.  Some players feel that Warrior Fury PvP is a viable option if you have the right amount of gear and skills, others still maintain that it is a strictly PvE spec.  It can be hard to even find a good Fury PvP guide giving you viable talent tree options and tips.  And try to be a level 80 Fury Warrior in PvP and chances are you’ll have half of Azeroth telling you to respect.  But if you are willing to give it a try anyways, here’s what you need to know about 80 Warrior Fury PvP.

Fury PVP Gear

If you haven’t figured it out by now, let me say it again:  You need great gear if you plan on doing Fury PvP.  You need great gear if you plan on playing a Warrior period, whether that is in Warrior Fury PvP or Protection Warrior PvE.  So for this Fury PvP guide we are going to assume that you have already started gearing up and have some decent stuff on.  Instead, let’s talk about some of the add-ons you’ll want for your Level 80 Fury Warrior PvP gear:  gems, enchants and glyphs.

  • Gems – At this point it would be helpful if your Fury PvP Warrior has a jewelcrafter friend.  For level 80 Warrior Fury PvP you are going to want to load up those red slots with Fractured Cardinal Rubies.  At +20 Armor Penetration per gem, these babies will really help you with Warrior Fury PvP, but will likely cost you a significant amount of spare change.
  • Enchants – As a Fury PvP guide the basic is to go with as good of an Attack Power enchant that you can get.  For a level 80 Fury Warrior in PvP, if you can combine Attack Power with Resilience (such as with the Inscription of Triumph and Arcanum of Triumph) that’s even better.
  • Glyphs – Ok, while not essentially part of 80 Warrior Fury PvP gear, these are still something that you want to have for Fury PvP.  For Major Glyphs consider Whirlwind, Heroic Strike, and Execution, and for Minor Glyphs for Warrior Fury PvP consider Battle, Bloodrage, and Charge.

Fury PVP Talent tree

As a Fury PvP guide it is only fair to tell you that most level 80 Warriors are going to spec Arms.  This can make it very difficult to find a viable Level 80 Fury Warrior PvP tree, as it is so debated as to whether or not a level 80 Warrior with Fury PvP spec is even a playable character.  But for my recommendation:

  • Spec down your Fury PvP tree to get Titan’s Grip.  Let’s face it, being able to wield two two-handed Warrior Fury PvP weapons at once can mean massive damage for you.  Then use a Fury PvP guide for weapons and get the absolutely best two-handers you can find.
  • Spend the rest of your talent points in the Arms tree.  As a Level 80 Fury Warrior in PvP you will want to get the Two-Handed Weapon Specialization so you can max out your effectiveness with Titan’s Grip.  You’ll also want to take a look at Tactical Mastery, Impale, Improved Heroic Strike and Improved Rend.

If you have the right gear and the right talents, the only thing left to being a level 80 Warrior as Fury PvP is making sure that you know how to play your character.  A poorly played Warrior is bad enough, and a poorly played Fury PvP Warrior is an epic fail.

WoW Warrior Guide – Warrior Tanking Guide

WoW Warrior Guide – Your Warrior Tanking Guide – How to Tank a Warrior

So you need a WoW Warrior Guide to learn how to tank a Warrior?  No surprise, as Warrior tanks are one of the most desired players in the game.  If you are waiting in the Looking For Group queue more often than not it is because you need a tank.  And if you are a Warrior, keep in mind that it is expected that you can tank, and a purely DPS Warrior is pretty much a laughingstock.  So here is your Warrior tanking guide and all of the basics that you need to know.wow warrior guide

WoW Warrior Guide to Warrior tanking builds

  • When it comes to Warrior tanking builds, Protection is the way to go.
  • Most of the Warrior tanking builds in the best guides will have about 54 to 58 points spent in the Protection tree.
  • You can then use your remaining points in the Arms or Fury trees.
  • Basically, you will want to spec all the way down in Protection.
  • You can use whatever points you have left to get talents from the Arms tree, like;
  1. Deflection
  2. Iron Will
  3. and Impale
  • Or spend more in the Fury tree to get;
  1. Improved
  2. Demoralizing Shout
  3. and Piercing Howl.
  • You may want to try on a few Warrior tanking builds to see what fits your playing style and how you plan to tank a Warrior.

WoW Warrior Guide to Warrior tanking gear

It goes without saying that Warrior tanking gear is one of the most important things to consider when learning how to tank a Warrior.

Warriors are incredibly gear-dependent, which means that Warrior tanking gear becomes one of your top priorities.

It also means that you will need to spend a lot of gold buying crafted items (or supplies if you are a smith) or spend a lot of time running instances after that one elusive piece of Warrior tanking gear that you need to be truly great.

WoW Warrior Guide to pieces you should consider for your collection:

If you have gold to burn:

  • buy the best that money can buy, period.
  • If you want to be an awesome tank, then you need awesome Warrior tanking gear.

If you have more time than money:

consider running those pre-ICC instances to gear up.

  1. Naxx
  2. Ulduar
  3. and ToC

All offer nice Warrior tanking gear for those fledgling tanks.

This will allow you to get the gear you need to get those stats up for the big raids.

WoW Warrior Guide Warrior tanking guide

Unless you have a guild that is willing to wipe a dozen times or so while you learn how to tank your Warrior, it is important to go into the raid already knowing what to do.

Never been in that raid before?

Then you should consider reading over a Warrior tanking guide that goes over the boss fights.

Remember that as a tank your job is to keep the rest of the team alive, and if you go down within 5 seconds of starting a fight you are going to have one unhappy team and a high repair bill.

Doing the homework of reading through a WoW Warrior guide may seem a little extreme for a game, however, while WoW is just a game, you are only going to get out of it what you put in.  A Warrior tanking guide will give you tips and tactics, Warrior tanking build recommendation, gear to look for, and everything else you need to successfully tank a Warrior throughout Azeroth. Cataclysm Warrior

Cataclysm Preview for Warriors

If you weren’t standing in line waiting for the midnight release of Cataclysm, here is a look at some of the exciting things that you will get with your Warrior when you are ready to run out and buy the expansion.

New spells

Let’s face it; getting new spells is one of the most exciting things about leveling up. The higher you go, the more exciting the abilities, and that may be the one thing that helps you get through that long, boring grind of leveling. Cataclysm brings three new spells for Warriors:

  • Level 81: Inner Rage. This is designed to be a buff for reaching your full Rage potential, but Blizzard is watching it closely to make sure that you are actually fighting instead of standing around waiting for your Rage to pool up. When you hit full Rage your attacks will consume more Rage, but you will also do additional damage thanks to the buff. This will be a passive ability so that you won’t have to sit and wait on a cooldown to activate it.
  • Level 83: Gushing Wound. This spell will apply a bleed effect on the target. Should the target move the ability will stack up to 3 times, refreshing in duration each time. While Blizzard doesn’t want Warriors kiting every fight, this will give them something to work with in PvP and for PvE boss fights where their opponent is moving around a lot.
  • Level 85: Heroic Leap. Just like it sounds, this ability will allow the Warrior to leap at their target, stunning them, and as the Warrior lands the Thunder Clap ability will be applied to all enemies in the target area. Initially the Warrior will be able to use this ability in Battle Stance and it will share a cooldown with Charge, however certain talents will allow the Warrior more flexibility as to when this spell can be used.

Changes to look forward to

Of course Blizzard wasn’t going to just throw a few new spells at you and call it a day. Cataclysm brings some new changes to the Warrior’s current abilities as well.

Heroic Strike is becoming an instant attack instead of a on the next swing attack. To make it useful as a way for the Warrior to dump Rage it will have a reasonably high Rage cost. The minimum amount of the spell will be 10 Rage points, how it can consume up to 30. For any Rage points over the initial 10 the spell will generate additional damage. This way Warriors can use this ability frequently if they have the Rage and be able to do some major damage.

Many of the Shouts are being changed to work similarly to the Death Knight’s Horn of Winter. They will no longer cost any resources, will help generate rage, and will have short cooldowns.

Whirlwind has been changed so that it will hit an unlimited number of targets. However, it will only do 50% of your weapon’s damage. This is to make the ability more useful in scenarios where the Warrior is facing multiple targets instead of using it on single targets.

The healing aspect of World of Warcraft has changed, and therefore Blizzard changed how the Mortal Strike debuff works. It will be mostly useful in PvP and will only reduce healing by 20%. Similar spells used by Priests and Mages are being edited to reflect this as well.

The Sunder Armor ability will only stack three times now and will maintain the 4% reduction in armor. This should make it easier for the Warrior to use this debuff without affecting the damage as drastically once the debuff wears off.

Talent Trees

If you have been playing WoW then you’ve seen the drastic overhaul all the talent trees received. Going to smaller, more intense trees means for a lot of talent changes for all the classes, and Warriors are no exception.

For Fury Warriors, Furious Sundering will cause Sunder Armor to do more damage while reducing threat generated. Weapons Specialization talents are being removed. Fury Warriors will also have the Rage generated by all Shouts increased through Booming Voice. Fury Warriors will also have the option to continue to use Titan’s Grip and/or use Single-Minded Fury to increase the amount of damage done depending on the type of weapon that you prefer.

Talents that previously reduced Rage cost for certain abilities will now increase the damage on those same abilities.

Arms Warriors will have a talent that will cause disarmed targets to cower in fear. They will also get Blitz, which will increase the damage done by Charge.

Mastery Bonuses

To make the Talent Tree changes even more interesting, Blizzard is changing Mastery to make each individual spec feel more like the real deal even early on.

  • Arms Warriors will see improvements to Melee Damage and Armor Penetration. Their Mastery bonus is Bonus Swing, which will be similar to Sword Specialization that was used previously. It will work on all attacks and weapons and will give the Arms Warrior a chance to hit an instant weapon swing that costs no Rage and does 50% damage.
  • Fury Warriors will see improvements to Melee Damage and Melee Haste. Their Mastery bonus will be Enrage Intensity. This spell will increase the benefits that go along with any of the enrage spells, including Bloodrage, Death Wish, Enrage, Berserker Rage, and Enraged Regeneration.
  • Protection Warriors will see improvements to Damage Reduction and Vengeance. Vengeance is designed to make sure that all tanks can maintain damage and therefore threat better and is something that will be applied to all of the various tanking classes. This should equal to an Attack Power of approximately 10% of their health, with higher benefits seen at the higher levels. The Mastery bonus is Critical Block Chance which will increase the chance that the blocks done by a Protection Warrior are critical and block more damage. Talent points and Mastery points will help the Protection Warrior increase the percentage of damage blocked even higher.

Patch 4.0.1 Changes for Warrior

One of the most noticeable changes of patch 4.0.1 was the total revamp of the currency system with Emblems, Marks of Honor etc being wiped out.

Honor Points are now awarded in place of Marks or Shards in all PVP except Arena.

After Cataclysms release Arena and the highest Battleground season players will receive Conquest Points, instead of the new Arena Points.

Reforging

Reforging is a new skill that was introduced with Patch 4.0.1 in readiness for Cataclysm.  It allows players to trade part of one stat on their gear for another that they find more useful, with some restrictions.  This can only be done on gear with an item level of 200 or more.

Any piece of gear that has Reforgable stats on it can be reforged, including armor, weapons, and trinkets.  However, only a select list of stats can be reforged and you can only reforge one stat at a time.
You can reforge the following stats:

  • Critical Strike Rating
  • Dodge Rating
  • Expertise Rating
  • Haste Rating
  • Hit Rating
  • Mastery Rating
  • Parry Rating
  • Spirit

You cannot reforge these stats:

  • Agility
  • Attack Power
  • Intellect
  • Resilience
  • Stamina
  • Strength

So there might still be some argument about a piece of gear being more useful for your character instead of someone else, but hopefully more gear will be useable by more players.

Understanding the 4.0.1 Talent Tree Changes

The goal of the redesign was to get back to what WoW had wanted originally – a concentrated talent tree that was easier to use but offered a lot more.  To achieve this goal Blizzard cut down each tree to just 31 points, at the same time adjusting when and how many talent points are awarded as you level. This means that players get rid of the fluff but still get to keep the talents that provide new spells and abilities.

These changes also cuts back on some of the extreme difference between PvP and PvE builds, allowing players to take any spec into the battlegrounds successfully and eliminate the need to spend the dual talent specialization on a strictly PvP build.

Becoming specialized early on -

One advantage of the talent trees changes is the fact that players can customize their character as soon as talent points become available to them at level 10.  Earlier it might take several levels before a character had spent enough talent points in their tree to create a noticeable difference in their game play – now this change will be immediate.

As soon as you make your choice you will get unique passive bonuses that are otherwise unavailable to you, as well as opening up new active abilities as well.  As soon as you select your chosen roll you will start getting those role-defining abilities that allow you to play your character the way that your chosen spec was meant to be played.

Understanding the New Mastery Rating

One of the new stat changes with patch 4.0.1 is the addition of Mastery Rating, a stat that can be found on the higher level gear.  This stat helps you to increase the benefit of your Mastery, a new talent specialization that can be learned from a trainer once you hit level 80.  Each class has an option of three different Mastery options, which are dependent on the spec that you have chosen.

Warrior

  • Arms Warriors will earn the spell Strikes of Opportunity.  This spell gives you a chance for your melee attacks to trigger an instant additional melee attack that does 100% normal damage.  You start with a 16% chance for the attack to occur and earn an additional 2% chance for each Mastery point.
  • Fury Warriors will earn the spell Unshackled Fury.  This spell will increase the benefit of those abilities that require you to become enraged or that cause you to become enraged.  This increase starts at 37.6% and increases 4.70% for each Mastery point.
  • Protection Warriors will earn the spell Critical Block.  This spell increases your chance to block and your chance to critically block, starting at 12% for both initially and increasing by 1.5% for both for each Mastery point.

Remember that it is important to choose your character’s spec based on your playing style preferences, not necessarily the Mastery spell that will become available to you.  While these spells will make your character more powerful in their chosen specialization, nothing can rival having a player that you enjoy better.  And with all of the new changes to talent trees and Mastery Blizzard is making it easier to personalize your character for any situation.

Fury Warrior – The Ultimate Warrior PvP Spec

Warrior PvP Guide To The Fury Warrior

The Fury Warrior DPS spec is one that is often overlooked in PvP.

For the best guide to the Warrior in PvP visit the WoW Crusher site here

With many Level 80 Warriors using Arms as a PvP spec, learning how to play a Warrior in PvP with the Fury spec can be a bit more of a challenge.

However, there are plenty of things to love about the Warrior Fury PvP spec.

Before choosing a Warrior PvP spec

Before I tell you that the Fury Warrior DPS spec can be just as fearful of an opponent as an Arms Warrior, there are a couple of things that you need to consider.

  1. First, as a level 80 Warrior PvP spec Fury doesn’t get much love. This means that you will need some tough skin and even tougher playing skills to deal with the naysayers. Don’t use this spec if you are just learning how to do Warrior PvP.
  2. Second, it is important to remember that Warriors are a very gear-dependent class in general. So if you want to play the Warrior Fury PvP spec, then you need to make sure that you have the gear to go along with it. This may mean playing as another Warrior PvP spec while you rack up the honor points to buy new duds. Otherwise, invest some time in using the Fury Warrior DPS spec for what it is best known (PvE raids) to get decent gear or pay to craft some nice items.

Be prepared to die

One of the things to consider when choosing your level 80 Warrior PvP spec is the stance that you will be using.

In order to use the Warrior Fury PvP spec to its fullest, you will need to use the Beserker stance.

Reading a good guide will tell you how to Warrior PvP and what stances to use.

While Beserker allows you to do big damage with the Fury Warrior PvP spec, it also means that you are taking big damage yourself this can result in some nasty repair bills.

Don’t forget your other specs

Even going deep enough into the Fury Warrior DPS spec tree to get Titan’s Grip, you still are going to have some points leftover.

Instead of putting them all into one tree, consider going with a hybrid 80 warrior PvP spec.

Most Fury Warriors learning how to Warrior PvP are going to benefit from placing some points into the Arms tree as well.

This will allow you to get Taste for Blood or Two-Handed Weapon Specialization to make your Warrior Fury PvP spec even more deadly.

Other things to consider

No matter what Warrior PvP spec you ultimately decide on, there are still some things to consider.

This holds true whether you decide that the Fury Warrior DPS spec is right for you or not.

First, it is important to remember that each level 80 Warrior PvP spec is designed for melee damage.

Don’t allow yourself to be kited by a caster.

This is particularly true in Arena play, where your healer may be looking to you to keep them alive.

Second, another part of knowing how to Warrior PvP is knowing when to use your cooldowns.

Don’t waste them on a target that is not going down easily.

Instead, wait for the point where they can no longer heal themselves (or have effectively gotten out of range of their healer) and then do your massive burst damage on them.

Warrior Arena Guide

Basic Warrior Arena Guide

Playing a Warrior in Arena PvP is an entirely different experience than anywhere else you will play your Warrior.
This means that you will need to choose everything from your Warrior Arena spec to your gear very carefully if you want to bring true Warrior pwnage to the field.

This is a basic Warrior Arena guide to get you started on what you need to know before you ever pick up a weapon and join a queue.

To get Warrior Pwnage like a Pro check out the WoW Crusher site here!

Choosing a Warrior Arena Build

One of the most important things you will need to do before taking a Warrior into Arena PvP is to choose your Warrior Arena PvP spec.
There is always a lot of debate as to which Warrior Arena build is the most effective, but if you want to see some real Warrior pwnage your best bet is to go for Fury or Arms.
Mortal Strike is a popular choice, and you want to up your damage capabilities as much as possible.

Arena Weapons

Also important for a Warrior Arena guide is to discuss the Warrior Arena specs for weapons.
As a Warrior in Arena PvP your weapon is going to be one of your strongest assets. Therefore you will want to consider your available weapons when you choose your Warrior Arena build.

Some basic thoughts:
• Maces are great for the smaller Arena teams, but do not bring as much to the table for the larger ones.
• Swords are better when you want to bring your Warrior pwnage in the form of burst damage and work best in the larger Arena teams.
• Axes are great when you want to counter the crit chance, but as resilience is upgraded it becomes less effective and therefore may not be a good choice for Warrior Arena PvP.

Warrior Arena Gear

You can find Warrior Arena guides specifically devoted to gear, but for the basics you want to get the best Epic gear you can earn or afford before you head into the Arena.

Even the best Warrior Arena spec won’t be able to stand up to the competition if you have junk gear on.
Head into the regular Battlegrounds and earn your Epics there, or run some Heroics and get geared up.

For Arena, most Warriors will prefer the ability to do damage over having stamina, so keep that in mind. Of course your Warrior Arena build will also determine the type of gear you select.

Playing the Field

Bringing Warrior pwnage to the Arena isn’t altogether different to running an instance.
You need to be able to keep your eye on multiple targets at once and avoid getting tunnel vision on one target. You will need to protect your healer and other squishies as much as possible. Stay in range of your healer if you want to get heals.

Be aware of the strengths of the other team – otherwise they may outsmart you.
For instance, if you leave the healer alone too long they will keep their team member’s health up.

  • Ignoring Warlocks could find you feared, crowd controlled, or covered in DOTs.
  • Mage will try to Sheep you.
  • Rogues will try to Stunlock you.

As a Warrior you will always be considered high threat, so don’t ignore any of the opposing team unless you like nasty surprises.

WoW Warrior PvP Guide – Prot Warrior PvP

WoW Warrior PvP Guide – Prot Warrior PvP

Hey Everyone.

For some players, the idea of taking a Protection Warrior to PvP is a ludicrous one.

But Listen, Prot Warrior PvP ‘is’ possible if you know what you are doing.

With the right PvP guide and good gear you can be quite successful in both the battlegrounds and the arenas.

Access The official site of WoW Crusher Here

WoW Warrior PvP Guide – Your role

Before looking for a Protection Warrior PvP guide it helps to understand the role of the Prot Warrior in PvP. First, consider your Prot Warrior PvP gear.

You may not even need to invest in PvP specific gear if you have good enough PvE gear.

Basically you will be looking for maximum health points and a decent shield.

As a Protection Warrior in PvP, you will need to have survival skills as well as the ability to kill the enemy.

For battlegrounds like ‘AV’, burst damage potential is also a good bonus.

If you want to Prot Warrior PvP in the Arenas, then you will likely want to go with as much strength as you can muster.

You will spend a lot of your time in the Arenas destroying the DPS of the other team.

Depending on the Prot Warrior PvP gear you have, you may find your role is to keep the healer or other enemy player incapacitated while the rest of the team kills the others off.

Wow Warrior PvP Guide – Your advantage

While many players still consider the Protection Warrior to be a purely PvE spec, what many Prot Warrior PvP guides fail to mention is the ‘control‘ the spec has.

As a Prot Warrior in PvP you may not be able to bring as high of damage as other specs, but you do have one advantage, ‘you can handle the casters’.

Most casters are used to Warriors being an easy kill in PvP, but the Protection Warrior in PvP that knows how to play his character can now take them on quite easily.

You can consider your Protection Warrior PvP guide to be the basic tanking guide.

In the battlegrounds, you will be using your tanking abilities for the ultimate crowd control.

Use your abilities to stun or silence your opponents, get both ranks of Improved Spell Reflection, and some decent Prot Warrior gear and you can tank your way through a fight as easily as you could an instance.

Wow Warrior PvP guide – What you are good at

A good Prot Warrior PvP guide will give you some basic tips, so here is a look at what you will be good at as a Prot Warrior in PvP:

Defending objectives

If the other team has to click an objective to score or win, then you will be invaluable as a Prot Warrior in PvP.
Using your defensive cool downs as needed, Spell Reflect whenever you can, and a liberal dashing of Thunder Clap, Shockwave, and Intimidating Shout and you will be nearly impossible to get around.

Flushing out Rogues and stealthed Druids

nobody likes the enemy that they can’t see coming, as a Prot Warrior in PvP you can make sure that stealthing is not an advantage.

Tanking

most useful in Alterac Valley.

Creating bottlenecks

fighting on the road will draw the attention of a lot of players, and if you have the Prot Warrior PvP gear to handle it you can take a lot of damage.
This prevents the other team from reaching their objective and allows your team to pick them off.

Carrying the flag

high armor and health points makes you that much harder to take down.

Let me know if this post has been useful to you, share my site with your friends.

Fury Warrior PvP – Warrior PvP Guide

Fury Warrior PvP – Warrior PvP Guide

Starting PvP in Fury may seem like a good idea at the time; however the damage reduction taken in recent patches have made the Fury Warrior in PvP less effective.

Another thing is if you are looking for a good Fury Warrior PvP guide they can be hard to find.

WoW Crusher is the guide that’s helped me the most so far, Visit their site here.

Some people consider starting PvP as Fury because the idea of carrying two monster weapons to attack the enemy seems like the best one.

But if you take a closer look at a Fury PvP talent guide you will see that the damage reduction could cause some problems.

The main issue is that there is some downtime between major attacks as a Fury Warrior in PvP – meaning that not only are you doing less damage when you hit someone but without a shield you are getting more damage done to you in the process.

So what is the Fury Warrior in PvP to do?

The answer is to go out and get yourself the best weapons you can.

This may mean holding off on the BGs until you can get into one of the endgame instances and pick up some really decent Fury Warrior PvP weapons and gear.

Fury PvP talent guide

If you decide to take the leap and make a Fury Warrior for PvP, then one of the first things that you will need to do is choose your talent tree.

Every Fury PvP guide will have different talents they prefer, but most will combine the Fury tree with some Arms.

You will want to spec down to the two-handed weapon specialization in Arms as this will maximize your potential when you are choosing Fury Warrior PvP weapons.

For the Fury tree, you will want to spec as far down as Titan’s Grip.

Fury Warrior PvP guide

Once you make the jump to starting PvP in Fury, there are some things that you need to keep in mind.

Playing a Fury Warrior in PvP is more than just your gear and talents.

Some things to keep in mind:

  • You have multiple spells that will keep you from dying. Use them.
  • You may need to watch your Fury Warrior PvP spells for cool downs, but if you find yourself overpowered do not be afraid to pull out all the stops.

A large part of this will come from studying a Fury Warrior PvP guide and just learning to play your character well.

  • Protect your teammates.
  • Particularly the healer.

Healers cannot do their job of healing if they are getting hit, and you cannot do your job of tanking without heals (at least not as effectively).

Part of your job as a Fury Warrior in PvP is to do your best to take the aggro of the opposing team.

Know your skills and your enemies’ skills.

As a Fury Warrior in PvP, you must keep your target within melee range.

Many a warrior has been picked off by a caster or Hunter that stays just out of reach while bombarding them with damage.

It is also important to know when you can take an enemy down.

If you know you are overmatched, don’t bother wasting your cool downs.

Instead, wait for an opening where your opponent cannot heal himself and then take him down.

See you soon Love Buffy.

Warrior Arena Guide – Tank and Spank

warrior arena pvp

An Insight to Warrior Arena PVP

If learning to PvE wasn’t hard enough, doing Warrior Arena PvP is even harder. Though, warriors are a fun, albeit difficult, class to play in World of Warcraft.  In order to play a Warrior successfully in the Arena you need more than just a Warrior Arena guide – you need Warrior Arena strategy.  That means that you need to eat, sleep, and breathe everything Warrior, from picking the right gear down to the right Warrior build.  If you can do this, you can bring true Warrior pwnage to the field.

Choose the right build

The right Warrior Arena build will depend on the type of team that you are going with.  For a 2v2 team you are going to need more of a DPS build than anything else.  For larger teams, you can do your Warrior Arena PvP with more of a tank-like attitude in mind.  Keep in mind that choosing your Warrior Arena build isn’t about just bringing on the Warrior pwnage, but also staying alive longenough to DS the other team down.  In most cases, a Fury or Arms-based Warrior Arena build is going to be your best bet.

Know thy enemy

Any good Warrior Arena guide will tell you that it is important to know how to play your character in order to be able to bring the Warrior pwnage to the field.  Part of that winning Warrior Arena strategy is knowing who to fight when and how to fight them.  This Warrior Arena guide would be pages long if I went into every possible scenario.  But the important thing to remember is that you need to take out the player that offers the most threat.  Molest the healers so that you don’t get into a mana warStop the Mages from crowd controlling.  Know where the Rogues are, and so forth.

Preparing for battle

Even if you have studied up on your Warrior Arena PvP and have a Warrior Arena strategy in mind, this may not be enough to actually win a match.  Bringing on the Warrior pwnage can only happen when you are truly ready to fight.

If you are one of those World of Warcraft players that think they can take the opposing team on with just a mouse and the standard UI, you might want to rethink that Warrior Arena Strategy.  Not only is it going to be ineffective, but you are going to find yourself lying on the ground wondering what the heck hit you more often than not.

Before you even think of doing Warrior Arena PvP you should make sure that you have all the add-ons, macros, key-bindings, and everything else set to maximum efficiency.  Macros can be particularly useful for your character, as they can allow you to switch back and forth between stances easily and maximize your usage of cool downs.

User Interfaces that allow you to see what the other team is up to are a must.  Key-bindings will increase your attack speed significantly, and add-ons will take care of the rest.  Take some time to read a Warrior Arena guide to find out more about warrior arena pvp and the ones that are most beneficial for your class, or test out a few on your own.
